The Site is a general audience site, and Carl Warren & Company does not direct any of its content specifically to children under 13 years of age.  Carl Warren & Company understands and is committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online.  If Carl Warren & Company learns or has reason to suspect that a Site user is under the age of 13, it will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.
