Parental Leave Policy
Carl Warren’s parental leave policy and excellent environment for a working mother made it a lot easier to return to work after I had my son last year. I didn’t qualify for Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) given my location and the number of employees we have within a 50-mile radius, but Carl Warren offered it to me. They also provided me with the option to extend my full-time return date to give me extra time to bond with my son. They really made me feel valued and worked with me to ensure I was comfortable returning to work and had the resources I needed.

I have had my insurance with Carl Warren for a very long time. I get to see whichever doctor I need and any required tests completed. My husband works for a large company and their insurance is very expensive.
