Kim Perbix Rejoins Carl Warren as Director of Claims

March 17, 2017. Please join us in welcoming Kim Perbix back to the Carl Warren team! Kim is our new Director of Claims and will help shape our overall claims strategy by leading our claims team and developing action plans to ensure our clients are receiving the highest level of claims management service.

Kim joins us from Alliance United Insurance Company where she was their Senior Special Investigation (SIU) Manager. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the claims industry and has held leadership roles at TPA’s, insurance companies and a brokerage. Throughout her career, Kim has a history of success building synergistic teams and leading and inspiring others to accomplish superior quality. Kim has developed and facilitated training programs for claims staff, implemented performance measurement tools and worked and developed relationships with clients in both the private and public sectors nationwide. She is the current President of the Southern California Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). Kim will be based out of our corporate office in Orange County.
