Founded in Los Angeles in 1944, Carl Warren was originally an independent adjusting company. In 1973 we began to serve the needs of self-insured organizations, starting with public entities. Within a few years, driving results for our TPA clients became our primary focus and we now have 20+ locations and 200 employees who service clients from coast to coast. In 1975, the Company became an entirely employee-owned corporation through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
